Restoring/Converting an MBR system to UEFI/GPT with Macrium

Boot Macrium Recovery USB/CD

diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
clean
convert gpt
create partition efi size=200
format fs=fat32
create partition msr size=128

You may have to also

create partition primary
format fs=ntfs quick

Refresh disks/images

Restore your imaged C/data drive to the new system disk/partition and run tools/fix windows boot
